i would do anything to be in egypt right now.
im not coming back, i’ve done something so terrible,
i’m terrified to speak, but you’d expect that from me
i’m mixed up ill be blunt;
now the rain is just washing you out of hair
& out of my mind,
keeping an eye on the world;
from so many thousands of feet off the ground
i’m over you now, i’m at home in the clouds
towering over your head.
It’s coming down to nothing more than apathy.
i am so proud to call myself “egyptian.”
i am so proud to call myself “arab.”
i am so proud to call myself Muslim.

So you put Omar Soliman as your vice-president?
Must have been real difficult, right?
Because for 30 years you havent had a vice-president
WOW. THINGS HAVE CHANGED. sike.
and the Egyptians dont even want Omar Soliman.
He’s just like you.
if you think the Egyptians are going to stop now, they’re not.
you’re 86 years old & a greedy, selfish dictator.
just leave.

Police have began removing uniforms and standing in solidarity with the people and the protests. They have asked for the protesters to respect that they will ‘put their uniform back on’ to keep the thugs that are looting under control over night. Slowly slowly change is happening. NB: the looters caught today were members of the secret service. Such a corrupt country.
